The developer has launched Neotown in 2 phases. After getting good response from buyers, the second phase was also launched. All the flats launched in Neotown phase-1 are already sold out. The booking for Neotown Phase -2 is open. In Phase 2 good number of the flats are already sold. Price is increasing and is expected to further increase as the construction has started. It’s located at a very prime location as on NH-24 to Dadri road and well connected to Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi and Greater Noida. After completion of FNG Expressway and 130 meter wide road connecting Yamuna Expressway, the project prices are expected a good hiked.

Hindon Bridge which connects this place with other parts of Noida is well constructed and fully operational.
Noida-Greater Noida Link Road(130 meter road) is already under construction. The construction work is being done on a fast pace and is likely to be operational next year.
FNG Expressway will connect Ghaziabad and Noida to Faridabad. The construction work has started and it is expected to be completed in couple of years.

Patel Neotown is located in Techzone-IV, Greater Noida also known as Noida extension. The project is near to proposed Institutions/IT area where a number to IT/ITES companies and Educational institutes will be operational in near future. Currently existing road NH-24 to Dadri via Surajpur connects it to Greater Noida towards South-East and Noida towards North-West. This road will also connect it to NH-24 and Ghaziabad in near future once it is operational.
