Construction Status of Prateek Laurel

Construction progress of towers A to G are in advance stage and structure of few of towers have reached to 9th floors and brick work have also been done upto 6th floor. On other hand construction progress of towers H to N are a bit on lower side as compared to tower A to G. Structure of Tower N has reached to 6th floor and brick work is being done for GF and 1st floor. Please refer to actual site photographs.

Status of Tower H.

Construction level of Tower H has reached to 4th floor. Slab for 5th floor is being cast and pillar are being erected. The brick work has also started and being done upto 1st floor level.

Prateek Laurel Noida Sector 120 has received very good response and most of the flats are already sold. Price has increased since the project was launched and is expected to further increase as construction is going on at a fast pace The project is expected to be completed in couple of years. Being well connected and surrounded by lush green area the project will see habitat as an when the project is completed and will give good capital as well as rental revenue.

The massive construction activities can be noticed in near vicinity. Construction activities in nearby projects like Gaur Grandeur, Amrapali Platinum and Eldeco Aamantran has been witnessed at a fast pace. Gaur Group has started possession of some to the towers of Gaur Grandeur phase-1 and other towers are also in nearly completion stage. Other projects in vicinity, are R G Residency, Amrapali, Zodiac, Unitech Unihomes etc are also in advance stage of construction.

Heavy construction activities can be seen on site. Constructions status of different towers is at different level. Few towers’ structures have reached to 4th floor (2 basement floors+Ground Floor+4 floors) and are in advanced stage as compared to other towers. On other hand in few towers basement floor is being constructed. Please refer to actual site photographs.

Structure of tower H has reached to Ground Floor and ceiling of Ground Floor is being cast. Both basement floors (Lower basement floor and Upper basement floors) structures are completed. Brick work for lower basement is also almost done. Please refer to pictures of Tower H for more clarification.
