Manhatan Street Low-rise towers: The structure of has reached to 4th floor.

Manchester Street low rise tower: construction has recently started and basement slab is being cast now.

Mantova, Siena, Crema, Eternia, Valencia etc. high rise towers: The structures have reached to 1st floor ( 2 basement+Ground floor+1st floor).

Milano & Osimo highrise towers: The structures have reached to 1st floor ( 2 basement+Ground floor+1st floor).

Romano, Vastro. : The basement slab is constructed and pillars are being constructed for towers Romano, Vastro.

Mahagun Moderne Noida had received tremendous response and almost all the flats (out of launched) are sold out. Prices are increasing as the construction of project is progressing very well. Current price for highrise has reached to Rs.3400/sqft + additional charges in flexi plan. For lowrise price are Rs.3700+additional charges and that too available only in Down Payment plan. Betina and Avlon are the recently launched towers @3400+additional on Flexi Payment plan. Commercial Space “Mahagun Mart” has also been opened for sale recently from Rs.14700 to 11500/sq. ft.+ additional charges.

The massive construction activities can be noticed in near vicinity, however the recent farmers’ agitation has created some problems here. Farmers have stopped work here couple of times which is a serious concern as this can create problem to deliver projects on time.

Mass construction activities can be seen over the projects launched by developers such as Amrapali, Prateek, Assotech,Antriksh, JMD, Gardenia etc. Government is also considering to construct a bridge over Hindon River connecting Greater Noida Balak Inter College to sector-78. Once this bridge is constructed a heavy movement would be seen here and dynamics will be changed.

Connectivity (existing/upcoming)

Mahagun Moderne is located at sector-78, Noida where you will enjoy enhanced connectivity for convenient commuting. The project is well connected by roads and existing Metro station Noida City centre is just 4 Kms away. The project is easily accessible from Delhi, Ghaziabad and other areas of City. The Captain Shashi Kanth Marg (road) connects the project to City Center Metro Station, sector 37 and Sarita Vihar Delhi via Kalindi Kunj Bridge. The same road connects to Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway connecting Mathura and Agra. The road coming from Sai temple will connect to DSC Road and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. A direct link road will connect it to proposed FNG Expressway and that would make connectivity very smooth to Ghaziabad and Faridabad in near future. Recently Government has given consideration that a bridge over Hindon River can be constructed connecting sector 78 of Noida to Sector-1 of Greater Noida to make connectivity of this area smoother.

Construction Status of Mahagun Moderne

Mahagun Moderne is one of the best projects in sectors 7x. Construction work is progressing at very fast pace here. In few towers basement slab is being cast and pillars are being erected, on other hand structure of some towers have reached to lower basement level, where ceiling for lower basement is being cast. The construction activities on site clearly show that builder is putting sufficient resources to complete the project within committed time frame. Mahagun Moderne Noida had received tremendous response and almost all the flats are sold out. Prices are increasing and expected to see good hike soon as Noida authority has planned metro route passing from sector 78 in Noida Master Plan 2031. Being well connected and very close to well developed area the project will see habitat as an when the project is completed and will give good capital as well as rental revenue.
