Construction Status of JM Orchid

Construction activities are happening at past pace at JM Orchid project site. The structure for Lower basement and upper basement has been done for few towers. Construction stage for few towers has reached to 5th floor. The slab is being cast for 5th floor in towers with advance stage, however on other towers it has reached to 2nd floor and in some towers it is upto only upper basement level. JM Orchid Noida had received tremendous response and almost all flats were sold out in towers launched first time. Gradually other towers opened for sale time to time had seen good response from Market. Project has seen good price appreciation and recently price have been increased to Rs.3300/ sq. ft. for 9th and above floors on Flexi payment plan. JM Orchid being located close to developed area and Metro connectivity will be livable on and when the project is completed. Project will not only return good capital revenue but also good rental revenues.

The massive construction activities can be noticed in 7X sectors. A number of projects have been launched here by different developers in this area such as Amrapali, Prateek, Assotech, JMD, Gardenia etc. and more supply is expected to come. Construction activities in most of the projects have started Noida Authority has announced the metro extension upto Greater Noida and the route will be passing from sector 78. These amendments have been incorporated in Noida Master Plan 2031. Noida and Greater Noida authority is also planning to connect this area with Greater Noida Sector-1 area by constructing a bridge over Hindon River.

The same road connects to Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway connecting Mathura and Agra. The road coming from Sai temple will connect to DSC Road and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. A direct link road will connect it to proposed FNG Expressway and that would make connectivity very smooth to Ghaziabad and Faridabad in near future.

The basement slab is already been cast and pillars for lower basement are also erected for some towers, even in few other towers ceiling is being cast for lower basement floor.
