Construction Status of AGC Homes 121

The construction activities are taking place at past place and hence the structure has reached upto 12th floor and pillars for 13th floor are being erected for few towers. On other hand construction for other towers is varying in different stages from 9th floor, 6th floor. Builder is putting sufficient resources to complete the project on time. Tower –H construction has reached to 12th floor and brick work has also been done upto 8th floor.

Updates on booking status and current rates

As stated in previous report that Homes 121 Noida had received very good response from the market. The current hike in price is the proof of its value and demand in market. As project is being constructed at fast pace, The rates have reached to Rs.3570/sq. ft. in CLP which is a significantly higher from the launch price. The project is located at very price location with Medium density area as per Noida Master Plan 2031.

The close proximity of proposed FNG (Faridabad, Noida and Ghaziabad) and 130 meter Noida-Greater Noida Link road connecting Yamuna Expressway to further connectivity to Mathura, Agra makes this project very prominent. The close proximity of IT/Institutional area (sector- 63 to 68) also makes this project prominent to cater residential demand. Being well connected and surrounded by lush green area the project will see habitat as and when the project is completed. It is expected to give good returns both on capital and rental.

Construction activities are happening at fast pace. Gaur Sons project Gaur Grandeur in near vicinity has started possession and some families have shifted as well. Other projects in vicinity by known developers Eldeco, Prateek,, Amrapali etc are also being constructed at fast pace.

The bad news HC verdict in Shahberi village land acquisition case has given a blow to Noida Extn real estate market. However the buyers/builders effected are seeking HC/SC help, things are uncertain at this moment, but soon would come to a solution in the interest of everyone.
