Construction Status of Gaur Global Village

Construction for Tower A and B is completed all external and internal work has been done. Both towers (A & B) are ready for possession and Possession Letters are being offered to buyers. Construction for Tower C and D is also completed, however some internal and external finishing work is going on. These towers (C and D) are expected to be ready soon for possession.

Updates on booking status and current rates

Gaur Global Village Towers A & B (where possession is being offered) and Towers C & D (which are in nearly completion stage) are sold out. The developer has recently launched another tower E where 2 and 3 bedroom flats of sizes 1295 sq. ft to 1655 sq. ft. will be open for sale. The prices are ranging from Rs.2150/sq. ft. to 2300/sq. ft. (all inclusive, car parking and IFMS charges extra) under flexi payment plan.

Updates on Township

The massive construction activities can be seen in Crossings Republik. Many developers are developing projects here. Huge infrastructures being developed here will create a land mark here. Some projects are already completed and possession is being offered and others are in advance stages.

Some of the builders have recently launched new towers at very affordable rates and given opportunity for those who missed earlier.

The ongoing farmers’ agitation in Noida Extn. area and the recent verdict by HC in Shahberi and Patwari Village have created uncertainty in Noida extn. So the activities in Crossings Republik are being done at more fast pace and buyers are more keen to buy ready to move or nearly completion flats.

Gaur Global Village is located in Crossings Republik which is next to NH-24. A direct connectivity to Delhi Ghaziabad and other western part of Uttar Pradesh is easily accessible by this road. The under construction 130 meter wide road connecting Noida-Greater Noida and further Yamuna Expressway will smoothen the connectivity to Noida, Greater Noida, Mathura, Agar etc. The proposed FNG Expressway will further improve the connectivity to Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.

	Gaur Group is developing quality projects and is known for their timely completion. The completed projects by the developer in Vaishali, Indirapuram (Ghaziabad), are symbol of their excellence. The developer has gained faith on their customers by timely delivery and quality work. The two projects launched recently Gaur City, a 130 acres township with world class amenities, and Gaur City 2 have received huge responses. Construction for both Gaur City and Gaur City 2 has started.

Construction Status of Gaur Global Village

As stated in previous newsletter that construction is in advanced stage for few towers. Structures for tower A and B are completed and brick work is also done. External finishing work is going on for these towers and it seems like after internal finishing work towers will be ready soon. On other hand tower C and D are under construction. Structure for tower C has reached to maximum heights and brick work is also done for all most all floors. Structure for tower D has reached to 11th floor and slab is being cast for 12th floor. Brick work has also been completed till 8th floor.

In previous report the construction status for tower D was till 5th floor and for tower C it was till 15th floor but now structures have reached to 12th floor and 21st floor respectively. This shows that 5 floors have been constructed in last 3 months means significant work force had been applied. As the construction work is progressing at very fast pace, the project is likely to complete soon.

Gaur Global Village is fully sold out however few flats are available in secondary market. The project is in advanced stage of construction. Tower A and B are in nearly completion stage and Tower C and D are in advanced construction stage and is expected to complete sooner. As project being part of mega township will see good appreciation as on when possession is offered.

A lot of new projects were launched recently in Noida Ext, which is close to Crossings Republik. The massive new supply of residential units in this area will change the dynamics in next 5-7 years.
