Construction Status of Gaur City-1

Gaur City, a mega township that has created buzz around Eastern NCR, has started construction on good pace. Site office is already setup with beautiful interior. In previous quarter only 3bhk sample flat was ready and 4bhk sample flat was under construction. Now 4 bhk sample flat has also been completed with magnificent interior and open for visitors. Construction work is at different level in different places.

GC-1:- Construction is progressing at very fast pace. The structure of some the towers have reached upto 5th floor and pillars are being erected for 6th floor. On other hand 4th floor slab is being cast for other towers. Heavy construction activities can be seen on site and project is expected to compete on time.

GC-4:- The structure for towers has reached to 6th floor. The slab is being cast for 6th floor. Internal work is also being done simultaneously hence brick work has reached to 4th floor.

GC-5:- The construction work of GC-5 is also progressing at good pace, however the current stage is less as compared to GC-4. The structure has reached to 3rd floor. The slab for 3rd floor is being cast. Brick work is also being done and has reached upto Group Floor.

GC-6:- Construction for few towers have reached to 4th floor and brick work has also been done upto 1st floor.

Out of all flats launched in Gaur City -1 almost all are sold out. Even developer has launched another township Gaur City -2, adjoining to this project. The booking for Gaur City -2 Noida Ext. is open and is receiving good responses. Most of the flats are sold out, only few units are available. Price has increased significantly since project was launched and is expected to increase more as construction has started. Gaur City Noida Extension is located at a very prime place which connects it to Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi and Greater Noida. Further after completion of FNG Expressway and 130 meter wide road connecting Yamuna Expressway, the project will see good price hike being the most prominent project of Noida extension and completion of project on time.

Noida Extension has been a buzz in real estate market and a number of developers have launched their projects here. Being well connected and affordable in range projects have received good response from buyers; even few developers have increased their rates. The massive construction activities can be witnessed here. However recent Ho’nable HC verdict on Shahberi village land acquisition case has given a blow to this market. Few projects have been affected in this decision, However Gaur City is not affected by this judgment.

Hindon Bridge which connects this place with other parts of Noida is well constructed and fully operational. Please find current photos of Hindon Bridge for reference. Noida-Greater Noida Link Road(130 meter road) is already under constructions. The construction work is being done at fast pace and is likely to be operational next year.

FNG Expressway will connect Ghaziabad and Noida to Faridabad. The construction work has started and it is expected to be completed in next couple of years.

Gaur City is located in sector-4 of Greater Noida also known as Noida extension. The project is next to Noida sector 121 and is well connected to Noida via Capitan Shashi Kant marg(Golf Course Road). The existing road NH-24 to Dadri via Surajpur connects to Greater Noida. This road also connects it to NH-24 and Ghaziabad.

GC-1:- Construction has started at fast pace here. Basement slab is being cast on some of the towers, however in some towers pillars have been erected and ceiling is being cast for basement floor.

GC-4:- Construction here is a bit in advanced stage as compared to GC-1. The construction of structure has reached to Ground Floor and pillars are being erected for first floor, however in other towers it is at basement level only

GC-5:- Construction status of GC-5 is almost at same level of GC-1, where pillars have been erected for basement floor in some towers and towers the ceiling is being cast for basement.

GC-6:- Construction in GC-6 is at very early level where only ground leveling work is going on. The activities have stated and soon construction will be started here.
