Construction Status of Assotech Windsor Court

The construction status of Assotech Windsor Court is progressing day by day. Heavy construction activities can be seen here. The structure has reached to Ground Floor for some towers and for some towers pillars for Ground Floor are being erected. The construction has started for almost all the towers which are launched. The project site is full of building material and equipments and mass workforce is being applied for construction so that project can be delivered as committed.

Current price is Rs.3590/sq. ft. for 2 BR MUVS(990 sq. ft.) and Rs.3390/sq. ft. for other sizes + additional charges under Flexi payment plan.

Sector-78 is developing at very fast pace. Builders like Antriksh, Mahagun, Sikka, Aditya, Sunshine, IITL and Nimbus are already developing projects in this area. A renowned developer The Three C Company is also coming up here with mega sports city. The proposed Metro station, proposed District Business Centre proposed connectivity to Gr. Noida Sec-1 by connecting it to bridge and close proximity to Industrial area Noida Phase-II has made this area very prominent.

The project is well connected by roads and existing Metro station Noida City centre is just 5 Kms away. The project is easily accessible from Delhi, Ghaziabad and other areas of City. The road coming from Sai temple will connect to DSC Road and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. A direct link road will connect it to proposed FNG Expressway and that would make connectivity very smooth to Ghaziabad and Faridabad in near future. Recently Government has given consideration that a bridge over Hindon River can be constructed connecting sector 78 of Noida to Sector-1 of Greater Noida to make connectivity of this area smoother.

Construction Status of Gaur Grandeur

As stated in previous report that construction was in advance stage in few towers and now these towers are ready for possession. Few towers where structures were not completed now have reached to maximum heights and brick work has also completed for those towers. External and internal finishing work is going on at fast pace and will be completed soon. Towers A, B, F and J are almost completed and are ready for possession, however in towers C and D structure for top floor is being constructed and brick work below the top floor have been done and finishing work is going on. These towers will soon be completed and handed over.

Status of Tower E.

Tower structure has been completed to its maximum heights. Brick work has also been completed. Plastering work is going on simultaneously. External and internal finishing work is being done and it is expected that tower will be ready soon for possession.

All the towers in phase-1 are sold out. In phase-II most of the flats are sold out. Only few units are available. The developer has launched another project Gaur City 130 acres big township at Noida Extension which had received tremendous responses and is already sold out. Due to the great response, the developer has also launched second phase, Gaur City – 2. Good responses have been witnessed for this project too. Price has increased since project launched and is expected to increase more as construction is going on at a fast pace and the project is expected to complete soon. Being well connected and surrounded by lush green area the project will see habitat as an when the project is completed and will give good capital as well as rental revenue.

The massive construction activities are being noticed in near vicinity. Construction activities in nearby projects like Prateek Laurel, Amrapali Platinum and Eldeco Aamantran have been witnessed at fast pace. Eldeco has also launched Eldeco Magnolia Park in its Eldeco Aamantran project.

A number of new projects launched in Noida Ext have also increased the activities in this area and heavy movement is noticed here.

The Captain Shashi Kanth Marg(road) connects the project to Sai Temple, City Center Metro Station, sector 37 and Sarita Vihar Delhi via Kalindi Kunj bridge. The same road connects to Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway connecting Mathura and Agra.
